SBIC Return and Refund Policy

SBIC will refund the purchase price of items returned within 30 days of the purchase.  SBIC must receive a copy of the receipt or invoice issued and a written refund request stating the reason the product is being returned.  The product must be received by SBIC in "sellable" condition in order for the customer to receive the refund.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.  If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct shipping and handling fees (as determined by SBIC) from your refund.

Note: All sales of bulk orders to college and university bookstores are final.  SBIC encourages professors and teachers to advise their students to order publications directly from SBIC.
